This policy explains what personal data Aurovol EA ("we", "us") collects through aurovol.com, its sub-domains, the Aurovol EA software and our emails, why we collect it and what choices you have. Questions: [email protected] or on Telegram (@aurovoladmin).
1. What we collect
- When you download the EA: your email address and the language you used.
- When you use the support chat: your name (optional), your Telegram username or email, your message and the page you sent it from.
- When you claim or buy a licence: your email, name, MetaTrader account number, broker name, Telegram username (optional) and, for paid plans, the USDT transaction ID.
- Client area: your login email and an encrypted (hashed) password. We never see your password.
- When the EA runs: to check your licence or demo trial, the EA sends us your MetaTrader account number, broker server name, EA version and licence key. It does not send your balance, trades, password or any other account data.
- Technical data: your IP address (used to stop spam and abuse) and basic server logs kept by our hosting provider.
2. Why we use it
- To send you the download links and setup emails you asked for.
- To issue, check and support your licence, and to run the 7-day demo trial.
- To reply to your support messages.
- To send a small number of follow-up emails about the EA. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse of free licences and trials.
Our legal bases are: performing our agreement with you (licences, downloads, support), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, and your consent for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the service:
- Cloudflare – website hosting and database.
- Resend – sending emails.
- Telegram – internal notifications to our team about new requests and support messages.
- Google Translate – only if you choose a language other than English or Bahasa Melayu; the page text is then translated by Google.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager – to count visits and actions such as downloads, so we can improve the website and measure our ads. Google sets its own cookies (for example
_ga). - Meta (Facebook) – if our advertising pixel is active, it records visits and actions such as a download, to measure our ads.
- Partner brokers – if you claim a free licence, we check with the broker you chose that your account was opened through our link. We do not send them anything else.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are required to protect it.
4. How long we keep it
- Licence and client records: for as long as your licence is active, and up to 2 years after.
- Download emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Support messages: up to 2 years.
- Demo trial records (account number and server): up to 2 years, to stop repeat trials.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop marketing emails, or to object to how we use it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). In Malaysia, your rights are set out in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Contact us at [email protected] or on Telegram (@aurovoladmin) and we will reply within 30 days.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your language, theme and download link, and a login cookie in the client area. If you choose a machine-translated language, Google sets a googtrans cookie. If Google Analytics or our Meta pixel is active, they set their own cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
7. Children
Aurovol EA is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on our Telegram channel.
