Aurovol EA is digital software that is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned". That's why we offer a free 7-day demo trial: please test the full robot on a demo account before you buy.
1. General rule
Because the licence key and software are delivered straight away, paid licences are non-refundable once your licence key has been issued, except in the cases below. We do not refund because of trading losses, market conditions or a change of mind.
2. When we will refund
- You paid twice for the same licence, or paid the wrong amount by mistake (we refund the difference).
- We could not deliver a working licence and could not fix the problem within 14 days of you reporting it.
- You cancel before we have issued your licence key.
3. UK and EU customers
If you live in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. When you pay and ask us to issue your licence key immediately, you agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose this right to cancel once the key is issued. Before the key is issued you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Free licences
Free licences are covered by our partner broker. They have no purchase price, so there is nothing to refund. A free licence may stop working if the trading account is closed or moved away from our partner link.
5. How to ask
Contact us at [email protected] or on Telegram (@aurovoladmin) with your email, MetaTrader account number and USDT transaction ID. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid in USDT (TRC20) to the address you paid from, less the network fee, within 7 working days.
